  • What do I do if I did not receive my eGift Card?
    Check your email spam folder to see if the email with the eGift Card link is there. Some email providers will send the email to a promotions folder; check there, too. If you were sent several eGift Cards they may be linked together in your email inbox.
  • Can I return a Gift Card for a refund or cash?
    Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash or credit.
  • What if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
    We are unable to replace or provide refunds for Gift Cards that have been lost, stolen or used without your approval. Please safeguard all your Gift Cards - to prevent unauthorized usage.
  • What are the terms of use for Gift Cards?
    Gift Cards can only be used at Nalan Indian Cuisine, Alpharetta location in the United States of America, and only for online payments. Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for delivery orders facilitated by a 3rd party.
  • Where do you sell Gift Cards?
    Our Gift Cards (eGift Cards), are available for purchase on our website
  • Can I purchase a Gift Card with another Gift Card?
    No. Gift Card balances cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
  • Where can I redeem my Gift Card?
    Our Gift Cards (eGift Cards), can be redeemed at our restaurant for dine-in and for pickup orders placed online or by phone. Gift Cards may NOT be used for pickup or delivery orders facilitated by 3rd parties.
  • How do I redeem my Gift Card?
    Dine-in - Please print a copy or simply display your eGift Card on your smartphone to your server on your next visit. Pickup Orders - Order online through our website for Pickup. Our online ordering system allows you to use your electronic gift card as a form of payment. You may also present gift cards to our cashier if paying in the restaurant. Gift cards are not redeemable for delivery or pickup orders placed through a 3rd party service provider like DoorDash, Uber Eats, GrubHub.
  • How do I check my Gift Card balance?
    Online - Visit our Check Gift Card Balance site. You will need both your card and PIN number to check the balance.
  • Can Gift Cards be purchased in bulk?
    Yes, Gift Cards can be purchased in bulk by businesses and charities. You must have a tax ID to set up an account. Order minimums are $500. Gift cards make great rewards and incentives for employees or gifts for customers, partners or your favorite organization.
  • Can I transfer balances on Gift Cards?
    No. Gift Card balances cannot be transferred onto other Gift Cards.
  • May I use a Gift Card to pay for delivery?
    No. Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for delivery or pickup orders facilitated by a 3rd party. Gift Cards can only be used to pay in restaurant, via phone or online.
  • What if my Gift Card balance doesn't cover my entire bill?
    The dollar amount on your Gift Card will be applied toward your purchase. Any remaining balance due for your purchase can be paid by cash or credit card or by using another Gift Card (subject to applicable terms of use).
  • Do Gift Cards expire?
    Gift Cards do not expire.
  • Can I reload my Gift Card?
    Yes, you can reload your Gift Card online.
